Humanizing Language Learning
Saturday, October 24, 2026
University of Southern Maine, Portland Campus
Join educators, specialists, school leaders, teacher educators, and community partners from Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine at NNETESOL’s 2026 Annual Conference.
This year’s conference, Humanizing Language Learning, will explore how educators can keep learners visible as people while responding to changing technologies, policies, workloads, and educational settings. The conference will feature keynote speaker Meenoo Rami, author of A Teacher’s Guide to Using AI and Thrive: 5 Ways to (Re)Invigorate Your Teaching.
The NNETESOL Annual Conference offers publishers, nonprofit organizations, educational technology companies, and service providers an opportunity to connect directly with professionals who support multilingual learners throughout Northern New England.
Your organization will have the opportunity to:
Build relationships with classroom educators, program leaders, administrators, and other decision-makers
Introduce your products, publications, services, and resources in a focused and welcoming environment
Connect with professionals working in K–12 education, adult education, higher education, teacher preparation, and community-based programs
Align your organization with NNETESOL’s commitment to language access, educational equity, and support for multilingual learners
